We do not collect payment information directly. Any transactions are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe) under their own privacy policies.
We do not use cookies for tracking, run advertising pixels, or collect data about your browsing behaviour beyond standard server logs.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry or opportunity submission
- Generate an AI-powered artist match report
- Communicate with you about next steps, agreements, or deliverables
- Maintain records of commissions and agreements as required for business operations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.
AI Processing
Opportunity submissions are processed in part by artificial intelligence systems (including the Anthropic Claude API) to generate artist match reports. By submitting an opportunity, you acknowledge that your submission details may be processed by AI systems to generate this output.
We do not use your submissions to train AI models. Submissions are used only for the specific purpose of matching and responding to your opportunity.
Data Storage & Retention
Form submissions are received by email (via EmailJS) to our secure business Gmail account. We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to fulfil business obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable law.
We do not operate a database of user profiles. If you wish to have your submission information removed from our records, contact us and we will honour your request within 30 days.
Your Rights Under PIPEDA
As a Canadian business, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Access your personal information upon request
- Correct inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for our use of your information (where applicable)
- Request deletion of your information
