These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chosen Few Marketplace (chosenfewmarketplace.com), operated by Kingdom Minded Music Group ("we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. By using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About the Platform
Chosen Few Marketplace is a faith-based AI music marketplace. We represent four AI artist personas — Kimberly, Jason, Lana, and Zeba — whose creative content (lyrics, melodies, toplines) is written by a real human being and then produced using AI audio generation technology.
The Platform allows opportunity holders to submit music licensing, collaboration, sync, or creative partnership opportunities, which are then matched to an artist using an AI-powered matching system.
Eligibility
By using this Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or any organisation you represent.
Opportunity Submissions
When you submit an opportunity through the Platform:
- You confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete
- You understand that submission does not constitute a binding agreement
- You acknowledge that an AI system will process your submission to generate a preliminary artist match report
- You understand that full budget and financial details are only shared after the AI match report is reviewed and both parties elect to proceed
- You agree to receive a response to your submission via the email address you provide
Submitting an opportunity does not obligate either party. A binding agreement only arises upon execution of a written Music Commission & Assignment Agreement signed by an authorised representative of Kingdom Minded Music Group.
Commission & Agreements
Where an opportunity proceeds to a commissioned work:
- All terms, deliverables, revision rights, kill fees, and revenue share will be set out in a separate Music Commission & Assignment Agreement
- Kingdom Minded Music Group retains all intellectual property rights in commissioned works until full payment is received as specified in the Agreement
- A commission rate of 10% applies to net revenue from commissioned placements, as defined in the Agreement
- Deliverables are subject to the timelines and revision terms set out in the Agreement
AI-Generated Content Disclosure
The artist personas on this Platform use AI-generated audio. However, all creative source material — including lyrics, melodies, toplines, and compositional direction — is written and directed by a human creator.
By engaging with commissioned works, you acknowledge and accept the AI-assisted nature of the final audio production. This is disclosed upfront as a core part of our offering.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent opportunity information
- Infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Platform's systems or content
- Use the Platform for any purpose inconsistent with its faith-based mission and values
We reserve the right to refuse any submission or terminate access at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform — including artist images, audio, branding, copy, and design — is the property of Kingdom Minded Music Group or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated match reports will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Minded Music Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any commissioned work, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in connection with the specific opportunity or commission giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
